Particle Number Measurement and Its Numerical Simulation of the Airborne Particle Counter by ‘Post-Collection-Check’

Abstract The measurement results of the light-scattering airborne particle counter can effectively evaluate concentration particles in clean environment and confined space, accuracy improvement calibration has attracted more attention. This paper introduces ‘post-collection-check’ way method OPC (Optical Particle Counter), based on FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy) AAO (Anodic Aluminum Oxide) template, probability distribution collected PSL (Polystyrene Latex) surface pressure parameters template under different over current areas are both simulated. numerical simulation will help to improve inference statistics number membrane filter, give guidance optimal design collection tube order provide an important reference for further improving traceability statistical theory.
